We improved the interface used to syndicate the metadata information coming from external data repositories when a deliverable is reported.
The idea is to reduce the time a Project Leader normally spends filling the extra metadata for a published deliverable by providing the External Repository URL where it is located.
Now we have a specific button to synchronize the metadata:
If you provide a valid link and click the "Sync" button, what is going to happen is that MARLO will extract the metadata from the external repository and will block the fields where it finds information. If you make an update in the external repository, you will be able to update it in MARLO as well by clicking the update button, or just unsync the information and type it by yourself.
