This is a general implementation:
A couple of weeks ago we released major development in the system that allows MARLO to differentiate the information entered between specific year cycles (e.g. Planning 2017, 2018 and Reporting 2017).
In terms of usability, all the users will be able to navigate through the different cycles in order to see what was entered in certain CRP "phases":
The need of this development came with the the fact that, within the CRPs, we are planning in 2018 activities, before we report in 2017. As a result, we are required to separate both sources of information based on the respective POWBs.
