This is implementation goes to A4NH and PIM.
By A4NH's request, we have just included a new question within a Funding source in order to assess if studies involving research with human subjects are being reviewed by local and/or institutional review or ethics board.
The question is: "Does this funding source involve research with human subjects?"
If the user responds positively, he/she would be asked to upload the approval letter (as a PDF) - See screenshot below:
