Upkeep module released

This implementation goes to all CRPs/Platforms:

‘Upkeep’ is the functionality which allows CRPs/Platforms to include additional information (e.g. new bilateral projects, deliverables, etc.) after the submission of the  POWB, and this additional data will not overwrite the data already submitted (similar to the annualization for ‘planning’ and ‘reporting’ in the system). Please refer to the diagram below to see the data flow between Planning/Reporting and Upkeep. The dates in the diagram are purely indicative.

Automated summary reports are not exporting information from Upkeep as of yet. We are working on it.
