Policies & Innovations can be now being entered in the Upkeep phase


This is a general  implementation: 


As you may know, the Upkeep phase is intended to fulfill two purposes: (1) to adjust the work-plan already entered in the POWB; and (2) to advance on the next reporting cycle.

As part of (2), we have enabled the possibility for Project Leaders to advance on the reporting of Policies and Innovations during this phase so they do not wait until the AR cycles are open (usually in the beginning of the year).

Here are some technical instructions on how to access the sections:

1. Go to the "UpKeep 2019" section located on the top menu.

2. Select the Project where you will add/adjust a Policy.


3. Then click on the Policies or Innovations section located in the left menu.



4. Select the Policy or Innovation that you want to adjust or enter a new one.


5. Do not forget to make sure to select the year that you want the Policy or the Innovation to be reported in.
