Home page - small improvements

 This is a general implementation:

Our Common Reporting Indicators are entered at the project level, as a result,  one should go first to the project and then look into the specific section to access the indicator (e.g. Policy, OICR, Innovation, etc.). Therefore, in order to make the information inputted in MARLO easier to access with fewer clicks, we are adjusting the "home page" of the system to include access to those indicators directly.

The way how this works is that it will display all the indicators in which your user is able to edit as long as the project is not submitted.

Therefore, if you are a project leader, you will see there all deliverables, studies, innovations, and policies that belong to the project(s) that you are leading. In the same order of ideas, if you are part of the PMU or your account is a CRP administrator, since you have access to edit all projects, you will have access to all entries of your CRP in the tables.

Please note that this new feature is just to make the information more available in the navigation of the system, however, if you do need to get more data, you may want to explore the summaries section as well as the BI module that is currently under development and that we hope to release soon (see the horizontal menu).
