This is a general implementation:
Given that our CRPs are expected to finalize at the end of this year (contractually speaking), for this last reporting period, we will disable the deliverable statuses "on-going" and "extended".
The rationale is that we should not have deliverables to be expected to finalize in 2022 or any other year onwards.
Deliverables that will be reported this time should be:
- "ready to be reported on" which means the expected reporting year is 2021 and you need to change the status according to what you want to report
- "complete" the deliverable is fully completed with all the required metadata information
- "canceled" the deliverable could not be finalized and you would need to provide a justification
We have also introduced a new status named "Partially complete" for those deliverables that will not be completed by the time the CRP is submitting the final report. As a result, all deliverables tagged with this status are not going to be displayed in the synthesis section (e.g.: Table 6)
If this status is selected, the Dissemination and Metadata tab will be optional and a justification must be provided.
