Project level adjustments in preparation for the last Annual Report 2021

 This is a general implementation:


We would like to share that we have made some improvements at the project level in preparation for the coming AR2021. The adjustments were carried out in the following project sections:

  1. Policies
  2. Evidence 
  3. Innovation 
Most all of the adjustments are coming from lessons learned with regards to the harmonization of data during the Quality Assessment process to align the system with the Annual Report Template.


1. Policies:
- The description of a Policy is now mandatory

- The CRP that is reporting a specific indicator will appear by default and selected in the "contributing CRPs/PTFs" field.

- 2 Sub-IDOs is the maximum to be mapped in a specific Policy:


2. Evidence
- Update the title word limit from 15 to 30

-Change to optional the field "Outcome story for communications use"


- Limited the number of links provided for a reference cited up to 10


- Update the amount to max 2 sub-IDOs


- Contribution Flagship/Module updated to mandatory



    3. Innovation:
- Allows multiples options to add evidence up to 10

- Contributing CRPs/PTFs selected by default
